The problem we saw
Ecommerce brands are drowning in data from Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4 — but starving for insights. They hire analysts, build dashboards, and still can't answer basic questions like "which products actually make money after ad spend?" The tools are either too complex (Tableau, Looker) or too shallow (basic reporting).
What we built
TranX AI is an AI analyst that connects all your data sources and lets you ask questions in plain English. But unlike simple Text2SQL tools, TranX AI goes deeper — it plans multi-step analyses, generates insights, and tells you the story behind your numbers. We call it Text2SQL → Text2Insight → Text2Story.
Our team
Our team includes software architects and data scientists from Mozilla, MediaTek, and top AI startups in the US. We bring deep experience in building software and AI data systems — from experimental R&D projects to large-scale products serving hundreds of millions of users. We're based in Taipei and building for the world.
