Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We run on AWS infrastructure in SOC 2-compliant data centers. All database connections use read-only credentials by default, so TranX AI can never modify your data. We never share your data with third parties, sell it, or use it to train AI models. Access is scoped per workspace with role-based permissions.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in AWS data centers in the Asia Pacific (Tokyo) region. Cached query results are encrypted and automatically purged after 24 hours. We do not retain copies of your raw data — we query your sources in real time and only store metadata (table schemas, column names) to power the AI.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. We follow GDPR principles including data minimization, right to erasure, and transparent processing. You can request full data deletion at any time from your account settings or by emailing privacy@tranx.io. We also provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for business customers upon request.

How long does it take to set up?

Most users are up and running in under 5 minutes. Connect your Shopify store or ad platform with OAuth (one click), or paste your database connection string. Upload a CSV if you prefer. That's it.

Can I verify the AI's answers?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every answer shows the SQL query behind it, the data sources used, and the raw results in a table. You can edit the SQL and re-run it yourself, or export the data to CSV/Excel for offline verification. We designed TranX AI to be fully transparent — you always see exactly how an answer was generated. No black-box magic.

How accurate is the AI?

TranX AI uses a multi-step verification pipeline: it plans the analysis, writes SQL, validates the results against your schema, and cross-checks for common errors (like missing joins or incorrect aggregations). For complex questions, it breaks the problem into sub-queries and verifies each step. That said, we always recommend reviewing the generated SQL for critical business decisions — which is why we make it easy to see and edit.

What data sources do you support?

Yes — 14 days free, no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel anytime from your account settings and you won't be charged again. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, so you keep access for the time you've already paid for.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you're not satisfied. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle with no further charges. What happens to my data if I cancel?

When you cancel, your dashboards, saved queries, and workspace settings are retained for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers. You can also request immediate deletion at any time. Your original data sources (Shopify, databases, etc.) are never affected — we only read from them.
