What is Autopilot, and is it safe?
Set a growth goal and Alice works toward it — analyzing your data and planning the action items automatically. The key: she never executes anything without your approval. She queues the moves, you review and approve, then she carries them out. It’s in Beta, so expect rough edges. Available on every paid plan, scoped to that plan’s layers — a Layer 1 goal on Discovery, +Layer 2 on Perceivability, your whole funnel on Full Funnel.
Where’s the free trial on the paid plans?
The free plan is the trial — 10 chats on your real Search Console + GA4 data, no card, no time limit. Upgrade when you want continuous monitoring, autopilot, scheduled briefings, or paid-traffic data. Two ways to “try before you buy” just adds friction, so we picked one.
What’s the difference between Discovery and Perceivability?
Discovery ($99/mo) covers Layer 1 — Search Console, GA4, and Google Ads — with autopilot for Discovery goals, code + content fixes, scheduled briefings, AIO tracking, and 100 chats a month. Perceivability ($299/mo) adds Layer 2: Meta as a fourth source, drop-off & path analysis, anomaly alerts, daily-use chat, autopilot for Layer 2 goals, and up to 3 seats. Most teams who want Alice fully hands-off pick Perceivability.
What does Beta mean for Full Funnel?
Layer 3 (Stripe + product analytics) is in active development — it works, but you’ll see rough edges. We cap the Beta at 10 customers so we can onboard each one manually and ship improvements with you weekly. You get the Beta price ($399 instead of $599) for as long as you stay subscribed, plus an extended 60-day refund. Discovery and Perceivability are fully live today.
What if Alice doesn’t catch anything in my first month?
Email us within 30 days and we refund the month. Full refund, no questions, no hoops. The 30-day “Alice didn’t catch anything” guarantee covers your first month on every paid plan — we’d rather lose a month than keep a customer who isn’t seeing value.
What does "daily-use chat, fair use" actually mean?
On Perceivability and Full Funnel, Alice is built for daily use, not bulk batch processing. Most people chat with her 5–15 times a day, and there’s no hard cap on the dashboard. We reserve the right to throttle clearly automated or abuse-pattern usage. If you ever hit a limit doing real work, that’s our bug, not yours — email us and we’ll fix it. (Discovery includes 100 chats a month.)
What’s actually in the Free tier?
The real Alice, just rationed. 10 chats per month, with Search Console + GA4 connected. You manually refresh briefings (no scheduled emails or alerts), and Google Ads / Meta / Stripe stay locked. Enough to feel what Alice is. Not enough to live in.
What is AIO data and why does it matter?
AIO = AI Overviews — the AI-generated answers showing up in Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude when people ask questions about your category. Half your future customers will discover you through these, not through blue-link search results. Alice tracks when AI engines cite you, when they cite competitors, and what queries surface either. Most SEO tools haven’t caught up to this yet.
What data does Alice see?
Only what you connect via OAuth: Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Stripe. Read-only. Your data stays in your accounts. We never sell or share it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Cancel from your dashboard, and any unused days get prorated. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers your first month, no questions.
How is this different from ChatGPT with file uploads?
ChatGPT answers questions. Alice acts. She watches your data while you sleep, reconciles five sources continuously, writes the fix when something breaks, and — on autopilot — works toward a goal you set (with your approval before anything ships). ChatGPT can’t fix your meta tags, open a blog post that gets you cited, or notice you should have asked. Alice does.
I’m not B2B SaaS. Will Alice still work?
Probably not yet. Alice has SaaS-specific priors — she knows what MRR, CAC, activation, and churn mean in a SaaS context, and she’s tuned for that funnel shape. If you’re ecommerce, marketplace, or consumer, the recommendations won’t translate cleanly. We’ll get there.
