30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every paid plan is covered by our “Alice didn’t catch anything” guarantee. If Alice doesn’t earn her keep in your first month, email us within 30 days of your first charge and we refund that month in full — no questions, no hoops.
Features still labelled Beta — Autopilot, and the ChatGPT and Claude citation engines — are covered by the same 30-day guarantee as everything else. If a Beta feature is the reason Alice did not earn her keep, that is exactly what the guarantee is for.
Free Plan
The Free plan is free forever — the website audit, 5 buyer questions with a weekly Visibility Snapshot, a Search Console and GA4 snapshot, and 50 one-time Alice credits. No credit card, no time limit, and nothing to refund. There is no separate free trial on the paid plans: the Free plan is how you try Alice before you pay, and the money-back guarantee covers you after that.
Cancellation
All paid plans are billed monthly, with no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. After you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Outside the money-back guarantee window described above, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@tranx.io with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
