EasyStore App Privacy Policy

This policy covers Alice by TranX, the app TranX offers in the EasyStore App Store. Our general privacy policy covers the tranx.io website and the Alice web app.
When you install Alice by TranX from the EasyStore App Store:
- What we read: the read-only permissions
read_productsandread_contentlet us read your store's products, pages, blog posts and redirects. We also read your store's public pages. We never write to your store. - What we store: your store's address, name, contact email, country, language and currency; the access token EasyStore issues (kept in AWS Secrets Manager); the buyer questions, AI answers and cited sources from each check; the keywords you track and their Google results; your conversations with Alice; and, if you connect them, your Google Search Console and GA4 authorizations.
- Email: reports go to your store's contact email. We do not use it for marketing.
- Billing: EasyStore does not bill for this app. Paid plans are sold by TranX through Lemon Squeezy, which processes the payment.
- Uninstall: removing the app deletes its access token and stops all scheduled work at once, and a paid plan is cancelled at the end of its billing period. Your account and its data are kept for 30 days in case you reinstall. After that, your original data is deleted, including your personal, account, contact and store information.
Security
We keep your data on Amazon Web Services in Tokyo (ap-northeast-1). It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and the access token EasyStore issues is stored in AWS Secrets Manager. Requests and webhooks from EasyStore are verified with EasyStore's signature before we act on them, and only the TranX systems that need your data can read it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. We post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.

- 電子郵件：報表寄到商店的聯絡信箱，不會用於行銷。
- 付款：EasyStore 不會為此 App 收費。付費方案由 TranX 透過 Lemon Squeezy 銷售並處理付款。
- 移除 App：移除後會刪除存取權杖並立即停止所有排程作業，付費方案則在當期結束時取消。帳號與資料會保留 30 天以便您重新安裝。之後，您的原始資料會被刪除，包括您的個人、帳號、聯絡與商店資訊。
資料安全
您的資料存放在 Amazon Web Services 東京區域（ap-northeast-1），傳輸時以 HTTPS 加密，儲存時也會加密；EasyStore 核發的存取權杖存放於 AWS Secrets Manager。來自 EasyStore 的請求與 Webhook 都會先驗證 EasyStore 的簽章才會處理，且只有需要使用您資料的 TranX 系統可以讀取。

我們可能會隨 App 的更新調整本政策。新版本會公布在此頁面，並更新頁首的日期。
